Location. The historic Marriott Wentworth By The Sea is located in New Castle, N.H., and was originally built by Daniel Chase, a Boston distiller, in 1874 and restored in 2003. The Victorian style hotel overlooks Little Harbor. The Atlantic Ocean, is two miles from historic Portsmouth and five miles from Pease International Airport.
Hotel Features.The Marriott Wentworth By The Sea is famously the site where delegates to the Russo Japanese Peace Treaty of 1905 stayed at the specific invitation of President Theodore Roosevelt.
